- The Mutiara LRT Line's currently funded alignment runs island-south (Silicon Island – Airport – FIZ – Komtar – Penang Sentral). Whether any station serves the Jelutong corridor is not confirmed in the published alignment as of mid-2026 — do not price in LRT uplift until the alignment is finalised and gazetted.
