Property information on this Website — including prices, sizes, unit counts, facilities, completion years, and developer details — is compiled from publicly available sources such as developer brochures, property portals, and on-ground visits. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy:

• All prices shown are indicative asking prices, not guaranteed selling prices or transacted values
• Project details may change without notice at the developer's discretion
• Completion years are estimates and subject to construction progress
• PSF figures are based on portal asking prices and are typically 5–15% above transacted values
• Information is accurate as at the date of writing or last review; we do not undertake to update every page as developers revise their offerings

We accept no liability for information that has become outdated or inaccurate due to developer updates or changes we have not been notified of. Always verify all details directly with the developer or their appointed sales team before making any property decisions.

3. Pricing basis

Prices may be quoted on a headline or nett basis, and may include or exclude rebates, discounts, absorbed legal fees, stamp duty packages or other promotional terms that change frequently and without notice. Prices shown do not account for unit-specific factors such as floor level, facing, orientation, view or renovation condition. Currency conversions are indicative only and based on rates at the time of writing. No price shown on this Website constitutes a formal quotation.
