Video Production Intern

3–6 months

Shoot, edit, and publish the property video content powering the brand — drone walkthroughs, project tours, area shorts, and Reels.

What you'll do

· Drone shots at active and upcoming Penang projects (training provided on DJI gear)
· Show-unit walkthroughs and area B-roll
· Editing Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts in CapCut or Premiere
· Thumbnail + cover design for video posts

Who it's for

Students or fresh grads with basic video editing experience, a good eye, and willingness to be on-site at projects across Penang.

What you get

Monthly allowance, equipment provided, your edits go live with credit, exposure to the property + marketing industry.

Marketing Intern

3–6 months

Run the day-to-day digital marketing — content scheduling, ad management, lead tracking, simple copywriting, and analytics across the site + socials.

What you'll do

· Schedule and post on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
· Run small Meta Ads / Google Ads tests for new launches
· Draft email + WhatsApp broadcasts (with Zac's edits)
· Track funnel metrics, lead source attribution, weekly summary

Who it's for

Students or fresh grads comfortable with social platforms, basic copywriting, and willing to learn ad managers. Marketing/business background a plus.

What you get

Monthly allowance, training in real-world digital marketing for a service brand, mentorship from active brokers, possible conversion to full-time if fit.

Real Estate Negotiators (REN)

Two specialisations — subsales and project sales — handled by different agents because the work, market knowledge, and pace are genuinely different.

REN — Subsale Specialist

Full-time

Handle the subsale side of the business: secondary-market listings, condo viewings, buyer matching, and price negotiations on completed buildings.

What you'll do

· Listing acquisition + management for completed condos across Penang Island
· Buyer matching from website enquiries and WhatsApp leads
· Viewings, offer letters, SPA coordination with lawyers
· Co-broke pipeline with other REN agents in the market

Who it's for

REN-certified (BOVAEP) or actively in REN exam pipeline. Comfortable in field work — viewings, building access, condo-by-condo knowledge.

What you get

No team fees, marketing materials provided, lead support from the website, mentorship structure. Commission split disclosed at first meeting.

REN — Project Sales Agent

Full-time

Focus on primary-market new launches: developer relationships, sales gallery duty, foreign buyer pipeline, and conversion of website leads into bookings.

What you'll do

· Sales gallery duty at active project launches (weekend rotation)
· Developer liaison + pricing intel + unit allocation tracking
· Foreign buyer pipeline (Singapore, HK, Taiwan, MM2H buyers)
· Use of our internal 378-project database, area benchmarks, and calculators

Who it's for

REN-certified (BOVAEP) with strong communication skills. Foreign-language ability (Mandarin / Cantonese) is a plus for the foreign buyer desk.

What you get
