My honest take: this is a pure rental/investment product, not a family home — units run small (studios from around 340 sqft), so entry is modest (from about RM491K) but rental demand on Macalister is strong. Commercial title. Good for an investor wanting a new, central, rentable unit. Confirm the building's short-stay rules with me before assuming Airbnb income.
